I feel like I only got 1/2 of the acupuncture story in school, and now thanks to Yvonne, I'm getting the second half. Healing on the physical, emotional, and psychic levels all simultaneously in order to unlock someone's true destiny is what got me into this business in the first place. I have been in practice for over 13 years, and considered myself quite competant, but as soon as I started peering into this book, I knew in short order that This was the kind of acupuncture I wanted to pratice all along.After studying it for only a short while I started applying her treatment principles and already had dramatic results. That inspired me enough to attend one of her seminars, and it was absolutely mind-blowing how much information I received. Yvonne is the Real Deal, and made the meridians come alive for me like nobody has ever done. And on top of her vast theoretical and clinical knowledge, she has a heart of gold as well.The 8 extras always fascinated me, but they always seemed obscure and out of reach, no matter who or what I studied about them, but not any longer.They are Alive for me Now :DTo those of you who will purchase and work out of this book: If I can give some advice (some words of caution actually), it would be this:Less is more (i.e. use very few needles), go slow, give them time to integrate the treatment, and Do Not delve into trying to heal a deep trauma without having a firm grasp of the 8x first.
